Refund Policy

We do not accept returns unless the products supplied are faulty or damaged upon receipt or incorrectly fulfilled by us.

If the product is defective, or damaged or you receive an incorrect/incomplete product, then darussalamcanada.com will replace or refund the product given that you contact us within 5 business days after delivery. However, there are some restrictions to what we’re able to repay that are necessary to keep in mind.

Refunds are processed to the same credit/debit card, or PayPal account used at the time of order. We do not provide refunds via cash, check, or other payment methods.

Although we offer a 100% money-back offer, please note that the service charges (vary from bank to bank or payment method) may apply. Moreover, the customer will be responsible for delivering that particular product to our doorstep through courier or by any means on their own.

How To Request A Refund

Please include as much information on the purchase as possible to help us locate the purchase quickly for you. It ideally includes:

  • The order number – This can be found in the receipt sent by email at the time of purchase or while logged into your account from your Order History
  • Your username and the email address attached to your darussalamcanada.com account
  • The amount of the purchase (in USD)
  • The date and time the charge was made
  • If you were charged by credit card: the last four digits of the card number (please for security reasons, do not include the full number), the type of card (Visa, MasterCard, etc.), and the name that appears on the card
  • If you were charged through PayPal: the email address attached to your PayPal account and the transaction number of the order on PayPal

Order will be shipped after 24 hours once the order is received and the refund will take approximately ten (10) business days to settle down. Your co-operation in this regard will be highly appreciated.
