Our Return Policy
To maintain the quality and integrity of our inventory, all sales are final with strict exceptions. We only accept returns, and will only issue a replacement or refund, under the following two conditions:
- Damaged Items: The item arrived physically damaged or defective.
- Incorrect Items: You received a different item than what was stated on your order confirmation (wrong item sent).
Please note: We do not accept returns, offer exchanges, or issue refunds for a change of mind, buyer’s remorse, or items ordered by mistake.
How to Request a Refund or Replacement
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please follow these steps within 20 days of receiving your order:
- Contact Us: Email our support team at info@darussalamcanada.com.
- Provide Proof: Include your Order Number in the subject line, and attach clear photographs of the damaged or incorrect item, as well as photos of the packaging it arrived in.
- Specify Your Preference: Let us know whether you would prefer a Replacement (subject to stock availability via Clover) or a Refund.
Resolution Process
Once our team receives your email and verifies the issue, we will swiftly process your request:
- Replacements: We will ship the correct or replacement item to you at no additional shipping cost using our Clickship network.
- Refunds: If you opt for a refund, or if the replacement item is out of stock, a full refund for the affected item will be credited back to your original payment method via PayPal.
