All purchases are subject to acceptance by Darussalam Canada. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to, suspected fraud, limitations on available quantities, or errors in product or pricing information.

  • Payment Processing: All payments are securely processed through PayPal. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made on our store.

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • Logistics: Our shipping rates and delivery networks are managed via Clickship to ensure fast and efficient service across Canada and the USA.
  • Delivery Times: Shipping times are estimates and may vary based on your location and carrier delays. Darussalam Canada is not liable for delays outside of our control once the package is handed over to the courier.

5. Returns and Refunds

As detailed in our official Return Policy, all sales are final. We do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse or accidental orders.

  • Exceptions: We only accept returns and will issue replacements or refunds if an item arrives damaged or if the incorrect item was sent. Claims must be submitted within 20 days of receiving your order by contacting info@darussalamcanada.com.
